The White Place is perfectly situated on the South side of the valley between Brévent and Flégere, allowing easy access to all of Chamonix’s skiing areas.

Our luxury 4x4 transport will ensure the journey is as stress-free as possible - our driver’s local knowledge has also been known to help avoid the occasional bout of slope-bound traffic!

Only 1 minute drive away is La Flégere, also linked to Brévent, with Grand Montets and Le Tour (Domaine de Balme) no more than ten and fifteen minutes away respectively. The ski station of Brévent is only three minutes drive from the chalet.

Not forgetting of course the famous Aiguille du Midi and the starting point of the world-renowned Vallée Blanche, again only a few minutes drive away.

Despite Chamonix’s often ’extreme’ image, the valley has some of the best learner slopes for skiers and boarders in the Alps.

The Evolution 2 Ski School offer private lessons and will have you going in no time with the help of their friendly, patient and English speaking Instructors. Of course they offer more than just lessons - anything from guided days off-piste to parapenting or husky-sledging. From heli-drops to Mont Blanc fly-bys, just let us know your requirements and everything will be ready and booked for your arrival.

Will it be a night in with a glass of your favorite wine or perhaps a film from our extensive DVD library? Why not let us drop you into town for a drink or two?

Chamonix town centre itself is definitely worth a visit at some point during the week, whether it’s for a spot of aprés-ski or a serious fine dining experience in one of Chamonix’s Michelin-star restaurants.

Again, getting there is no problem thanks to our driver service. This of course makes getting back to the chalet at the end of the night that much easier too!

Fancy a trip further afield? We can also arrange days out to nearby resorts such as Mégéve, Courmayeur or Verbier. For those not skiing, how about a shopping trip to Milan or Annecy, with lunch reservations for a spot of local Filet de Perche on the lakeside?
