The ski areas of Le Tour and Les Grands Montets are both within 5 minutes drive from The White Place and are covered by your CHAM'Ski Pass. Only 15 minutes away are Le Brévent, La Flégère and the famous Aiguille du Midi. Our complimentary shuttle service will make sure you get to the lifts every morning hassle free.

At a pre-arranged time, the shuttle will return to collect you at the end of the day. If you have your own hire vehicle, you will have even further flexibility on the location and timing of your days’ skiing and boarding.

Despite Chamonix’s often ‘extreme’ image, the valley has some of the best learner slopes for skiers and boarders in the Alps.

The Evolution 2 Ski School offer private or group lessons and will have you going in no time with the help of their friendly, patient and English speaking Instructors.

Will it be a night in challenging new friends at the bar billiards table, PS2 or perhaps a film from our extensive DVD library? Why not let us drop you in Argentiére for a drink or two? The town is a two minute drive from the chalet and the local bars are renowned as much for their aprés-ski as their welcoming atmosphere and excellent bar snacks. Enjoy free pool at The Office or unwind with a vin-chaud in a cosy bar and take in that distinctly French feel.

Chamonix town centre itself is definitely worth a visit at some point during the week. With nearly one hundred bars and restaurants and even a club or three, the extensive night life is usually enough to keep even the wildest of us busy for the night! Again, getting there is no problem thanks to our shuttle service and we will of course arrange for you to be brought home safely at the end of the night.
